She also assists the DMDP President and Cambodia Country Director in coordinating and implementing all project activities.&nbsp;&nbsp;Previously, Solida worked as Admin and HR Manager for&nbsp;Sahmakum Teang Tnaut, a Cambodian urban NGO working to provide pro-poor technical assistance for housing and&nbsp;infrastructure and to inform dialogue and raise awareness about&nbsp;urban issues.&nbsp;<br>In 2011, she worked as an&nbsp;Administrative Officer for the Emergency Surgical Center and the World&nbsp;Mate&nbsp;Emergency Hospital.&nbsp;&nbsp;Recently, she obtained her master\u2019s degree of Business&nbsp;Administration at Norton University. She&nbsp;also has a certification of International English Language Testing System&nbsp;(IELTS) from Australia Center of Development.
